Process & approach

  • Ran a 90-day program: technical SEO cleanup to remove crawl and health issues.
  • Executed a content sprint of new and refreshed blogs mapped to search demand.
  • Layered in targeted backlinks to accelerate ranking on priority pages.

Outcome & results

  • Drove 38,000+ organic users (80% of all site traffic) and 114 goal completions.
  • Grew to 10.9K organic keywords (+2.5K), worth ~$11.7K in organic traffic value.
  • Doubled monthly clicks (8K → 16K) and grew impressions from 294K to 730K in three months; lifted the site health score from 67 to 92.
Ninety days, three levers — technical, content, backlinks — pulled in the right order. Impressions more than doubled and 80% of all traffic came from organic.
