Problem & context

A studio running three separate programs — personal training, BJJ, and kickboxing — with no website, no CRM, and no way to see which program was actually driving revenue.

My role

Marketing and revenue-operations lead, building the systems end to end.

Process & approach

  • Built the website and a GoHighLevel CRM with dedicated pipelines for each program.
  • Created tailored offers for personal training, BJJ, and kickboxing.
  • Built and ran lead-generation ads feeding each pipeline, then layered in monthly reporting that attributed revenue to each program line.

Outcome & results

  • Stood up a complete lead-to-revenue system: website, CRM, offers, and ads in one place.
  • Built per-program revenue attribution ($9K–$14K/month tracked) so the owner could see which tracks to grow.
You can't grow what you can't see. Standing up the system and per-program attribution turned three blurry programs into three lines the owner could actually manage.
